Partner Mark Hinrichs, a licensed architect for over 18 years, brings a high level of quality and finish to each and every Hinrichs and Hinrichs home. Mark’s ability to help clients develop floor plans to meet their needs with regard to room sizes, plan layout, view considerations, budget and curb appeal makes for a unique experience for each home buyer.

From the initial design Mark then coordinates the structural engineering, truss engineering and floor system to ensure a smooth construction process. Throughout the home build Mark continually provides finish and detailing opportunities to the client, then communicates those choices to the subcontractor providing for a smooth transition of ideas.

As a finish carpenter I rely on Mark to provide me with an understanding of what custom work is to be performed and how it is to be installed. Many builders expect me to somehow read their minds as to what they’re trying to accomplish. It is always a pleasure to have drawings or sketches to work from and Mark’s ability to understand the finish process and provide me the necessary information is very helpful. As a subcontractor, I believe Mark and Scott Hinrichs do their best to make each and every home unique.
